Ingredients

  • 4 croissants, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish with butter.
  2. Blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Layer the croissant pieces in the greased baking dish and sprinkle mixed berries on top.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the croissants and berries.
  5. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and cinnamon, then pour over the layered mixture.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight if time permits for best flavor.

  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use day-old croissants for better texture. Consider pairing with powdered sugar or maple syrup.
