Ingredients
- 4 croissants, cut into pieces
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish with butter.
- Blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Layer the croissant pieces in the greased baking dish and sprinkle mixed berries on top.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the croissants and berries.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and cinnamon, then pour over the layered mixture.
