A creamy, one-pan pasta dish that combines tender shredded chicken with vibrant vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and milk.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and stir to coat.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover the skillet. Cook on low until cheese is melted.
Notes
For a crock-pot variation, place all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
