Description

A creamy, one-pan pasta dish that combines tender shredded chicken with vibrant vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and milk.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  4. Mix in the cooked pasta and stir to coat.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover the skillet. Cook on low until cheese is melted.

Notes

For a crock-pot variation, place all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
