Description

Cozy pasta bake with tender chicken, vibrant spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes in a creamy Parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. Mix together chicken, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Notes

Great for potlucks or family dinners. Can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
