Cozy pasta bake with tender chicken, vibrant spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes in a creamy Parmesan sauce.
Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Mix together chicken, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Notes
Great for potlucks or family dinners. Can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
