  • 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 ripe bananas)

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups milk (or a dairy-free alternative)


Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, mashed bananas, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  2. Pour in the milk slowly while stirring until all ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap.
  4. Place it in the refrigerator and let it sit for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
