Ingredients

- 3-4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 ripe bananas)

- 1 pinch salt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups milk (or a dairy-free alternative)
Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, mashed bananas, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Pour in the milk slowly while stirring until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap.
- Place it in the refrigerator and let it sit for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
