Ingredients
- 8 flour tortillas
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the creamy cheesecake mixture evenly over each flour tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, placing them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Mix together the ground cinnamon and granulated sugar in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously over the rolled tortillas.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
Notes
For the best results, use room-temperature cream cheese. You can substitute flour tortillas with whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas if needed.
