Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 chicken breasts
Instructions
- Combine the Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (overnight is ideal).
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Notes
