Instructions
- In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well mixed.
- Gently fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies to ensure they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Cover it with a lid or plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next morning, give the oats a good stir before serving. You can add optional toppings like extra cookie crumbles or fresh fruit.
