Description

Ingredients
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Coat each chicken breast with olive oil; then season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Wrap each chicken breast in 2 slices of bacon so they’re fully covered.
- Place the bacon-wrapped chicken in a baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven and pour barbecue sauce over each piece of chicken generously.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the sauce.
- Return to the oven to broil for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
Use thick-cut bacon for extra crispiness and flavor. Feel free to experiment with different barbecue sauces.
