Description

Deliciously crispy loaded hashbrown bites, perfect for appetizers, side dishes, or breakfast, packed with cheesy, smoky flavor and green onions.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen Hashbrowns
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Bacon Bits
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine all the ingredients: frozen hashbrowns, shredded cheese, bacon bits, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls or tots and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through the baking time.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
