Ingredients
- 2 cups Frozen Hashbrowns
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 cup Bacon Bits
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine all the ingredients: frozen hashbrowns, shredded cheese, bacon bits, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls or tots and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through the baking time.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
