Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or Swiss)
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk the eggs and milk in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
- Stir in your choice of shredded cheese and chopped vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet (optional) and sauté the vegetables before adding them to the egg mixture.
- Grease a pie dish with cooking spray or oil.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
