  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk the eggs and milk in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Stir in your choice of shredded cheese and chopped vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
