Ingredients

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 to 1 1/2 cups Easter M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter with both types of sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in each egg one at a time, ensuring everything is well combined, and add in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
- Fold in the Easter M&Ms, saving some for the tops.
- Drop dollops of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
