Decadent brownies layered with gooey marshmallow fluff and rich chocolate, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. When it’s fully melted, remove it from the heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until completely combined.
- Gradually add flour, cocoa powder, and salt to the mixture, stirring until you achieve a smooth brownie batter.
- Fold in the chocolate chips to add that extra richness and pour the batter into your greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top your batter with spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff. Use a knife to gently swirl it for a beautiful marbled effect.
- Bake in your preheated oven for 25–30 minutes. The brownies are done when a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean—some sticking is okay as you want them to remain fudgy!
- Allow the brownies to cool before cutting them into squares.
Notes
For easy cutting, allow the brownies to completely cool before slicing. These brownies can be served warm with vanilla ice cream for added indulgence.
