Description

A delightful no-bake dessert showcasing ripe mangoes and a creamy filling, perfect for warm weather gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups all-purpose cream, chilled
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, chilled
  • 1 pack (7 ounces) graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup milk (optional, for softening the graham crackers)

Instructions

  1. Whip the chilled all-purpose cream until fluffy.
  2. Gradually add in the sweetened condensed milk and continue beating until the mixture is well combined and thick.
  3. Line the bottom of a rectangular dish with graham crackers.
  4. If you prefer, dip the graham crackers into milk before placing them in the dish to achieve a softer texture.
  5. Spread a layer of the cream mixture generously over the graham crackers.
  6. Top this layer with a luscious layer of sliced mangoes.
  7. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the cream mixture on top.
  8. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or ideally overnight to let it set.

Notes

Garnish with additional mango slices or crushed graham crackers for presentation.
