Ingredients
- 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups all-purpose cream, chilled
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, chilled
- 1 pack (7 ounces) graham crackers
- 1/4 cup milk (optional, for softening the graham crackers)
Instructions
- Whip the chilled all-purpose cream until fluffy.
- Gradually add in the sweetened condensed milk and continue beating until the mixture is well combined and thick.
- Line the bottom of a rectangular dish with graham crackers.
- If you prefer, dip the graham crackers into milk before placing them in the dish to achieve a softer texture.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture generously over the graham crackers.
- Top this layer with a luscious layer of sliced mangoes.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the cream mixture on top.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or ideally overnight to let it set.
Notes
Garnish with additional mango slices or crushed graham crackers for presentation.
