Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create a zesty marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts into the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
  5. While the chicken grills, slice the ripe avocados and chop the cherry tomatoes.
