Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cups green beans
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Liberally season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper before placing them in the heated skillet.
- Sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, swirling until the butter melts and the garlic releases its fragrant aroma.
- Squeeze the juice of the lemon over the chicken, adding a zesty flavor.
- Toss the green beans into the skillet, mixing them to coat with the garlic-lemon sauce.

Notes
