Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • Zest of 2 limes
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar


Instructions

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Stir until completely mixed, then press the mixture into the bottom and sides of your pie pan to form a crust.
  2. Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, fresh lime juice, and lime zest until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until well combined.
  4. Pour the creamy filling into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
