  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cooked Canadian bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Hollandaise sauce (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Grease your baking dish.
  2. Layer the English muffins.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour over the muffins.
  5. Scatter bacon and cheese on top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
