  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Assorted toppings (maple syrup, fresh fruit, whipped cream, chocolate chips, and more)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until fully blended.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
  5. Pour the batter onto the skillet in your desired pancake size. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and continue cooking until both sides are golden brown.
