Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Assorted toppings (maple syrup, fresh fruit, whipped cream, chocolate chips, and more)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until fully blended.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
- Pour the batter onto the skillet in your desired pancake size. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and continue cooking until both sides are golden brown.
- Once cooked, transfer the pancakes to a large serving board or platter, arranging them artistically.
Notes
Allow the batter to rest for a few minutes before cooking for fluffier pancakes. Feel free to add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor.
