  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Chicken and Pineapple: Add the cubed chicken breast and pineapple chunks to the marinade. Stir well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
