Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, minced chipotle peppers, red onion, and chopped cilantro.
- Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture.
- Season with salt to taste, then stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Allow the salsa to sit for at least 15 minutes before serving.
