A refreshing cocktail combining tart raspberries and citrusy limoncello, topped with bubbly Prosecco, perfect for celebrations.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle of Prosecco
- 1 cup of limoncello
- 1 cup of fresh raspberries
- 2 lemons (for garnish)
- Sugar (for coating the rim)
Instructions
- Start by coating the rim of each glass with sugar.
- Place 4-5 fresh raspberries at the bottom of each glass and gently muddle them to release their juices.
- Pour Prosecco into the glass, filling it halfway.
- Top off the glass with limoncello, filling it to the rim.
- Garnish with fresh slices of lemon and a few extra raspberries. Serve immediately.
Notes
Chill your Prosecco and limoncello in advance for the best taste. Experiment with garnishes like mint or basil for added flair.
