Description

A refreshing cocktail combining tart raspberries and citrusy limoncello, topped with bubbly Prosecco, perfect for celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Prosecco
  • 1 cup of limoncello
  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries
  • 2 lemons (for garnish)
  • Sugar (for coating the rim)


Instructions

  1. Start by coating the rim of each glass with sugar.
  2. Place 4-5 fresh raspberries at the bottom of each glass and gently muddle them to release their juices.
  3. Pour Prosecco into the glass, filling it halfway.
  4. Top off the glass with limoncello, filling it to the rim.
  5. Garnish with fresh slices of lemon and a few extra raspberries. Serve immediately.

Notes

Chill your Prosecco and limoncello in advance for the best taste. Experiment with garnishes like mint or basil for added flair.
