Description

Deliciously warm and savory muffins filled with hash browns, cheddar cheese, and bacon, perfect for breakfast or snacking.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated hash browns
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
  2. Combine the grated hash browns, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon until evenly distributed.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the muffins have set.
  6. Allow them to cool for a few minutes before gently removing them from the tin. Enjoy them warm!

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute the bacon with diced vegetables.
