Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well blended.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in another bowl until crumbly.
- Assemble by layering the graham cracker mixture at the bottom of individual cups, topping with cheesecake filling, and finishing with chopped strawberries.
- Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving.
