  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Butter, for cooking
  • Maple syrup, for serving


Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture between two slices of bread to create a sandwich.
  3. Repeat with the remaining slices.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
